WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

For our plant in Konya, we are seeking an Engineer Maintenance Manager reporting to the Technical Manager. The responsibilities include:

1. Managing, coordinating, and supporting the Maintenance Team, prioritizing tasks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency.
2. Ensuring the timely and compliant maintenance and servicing of molds, machines, and equipment, with strategies to optimize production and maximize machine uptime.
3. Supporting and collaborating on the optimization of production processes and industrialization, including new line installations.
4. Ensuring critical spare parts are available and operational on the shop floor.
5. Developing and utilizing KPI measurements to promote continuous improvement in production.

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of plastics technology (Extrusion Blow Molding and Stretch Blow Molding) is a plus.

Education and Skills:

• Engineering graduates from related fields.
• Excellent computer skills: Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Skilled in evaluating complex data for decision-making.
