Job Description

• Oversee the execution of regional and global strategies, ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of BPA (Business Planning and Analysis) processes and policies;
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc financial reports, providing up-to-date and insightful financial information to stakeholders;
• Lead the development of detailed budgets and financial forecasts, supporting planning at the global, regional, and business-unit levels;
• Design and manage early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate forecasting of financial outcomes;
• Drive performance improvements by conducting value-added analyses on various financial metrics, including sales trends, expenses, cash flow, and capital investments;
• Provide financial analysis support to senior leadership, aiding in data-driven decision-making;
• Supervise and foster the professional development of a team of experienced BPA professionals;
• Report technical complaints and adverse events related to products, and manage the distribution of marketing samples, where applicable.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'FP&A Manager' should have:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and finance business partnering;
• Fluent English and Turkish;
• Proven experience in business case management;
• Expertise in financial management;
