Job description

We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures, including projects adjacent to our core businesses that are bootstrapped quickly with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in development activities including coding, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design and code reviews, and implementing solutions to complex problems, especially in blockchain protocols.
• Analyze and resolve challenging issues across the blockchain protocol.
• Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to build high-scale backend services.
• Maintain documentation of all code and functionalities.
• Work with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting stakeholder requirements.

• Basic knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms like Raft or PBFT.
• Interest or experience in Go or Rust; experience with blockchain internals is a plus but not required.
