• You will be a data-driven, growth-oriented Monetization Manager working closely with product and growth teams on monetization strategies across our mobile app portfolio.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or Data Analyst in the mobile apps industry.
• Passionate about digital products; tech-savvy and eager to explore new technologies.
• Desire to grow and learn continuously.
• Highly motivated, responsible, with high attention to detail.
• Curious and creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and testing new ideas.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, quick to learn new data tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Firebase, Appsflyer.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, leadership qualities, and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Hacker and creative mindset.

• Research industry trends and the competitive landscape to seize opportunities quickly.
• Manage engaging in-app features and content.
• Deeply understand our users to reduce churn and increase retention.
• Develop product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management frameworks to ensure product success and growth.
• Gather and analyze requirements, write clear MRDs, PRDs, UI/UX flows, wireframes, define A/B tests, and user stories.
• Propose and implement optimization strategies based on data and user feedback.
• Analyze the success of features post-release, monitor usage data, and run tests to optimize performance and results.
• Continuously generate new testing ideas to inspire innovation.
