A leading educational institution in Singapore seeks an individual for a customer support role focusing on sales engagement. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing. Candidates should have a diploma or degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to communicate effectively across various customer segments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Assist in handling customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other channels.
Support follow-ups with leads and customers to maintain engagement and support sales efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and track lead progress.
Coordinate with the marketing team on materials and events, reviewing outputs as needed.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals etc
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales planning
Develop product knowledge, adhere to work policies and procedures, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions
Diploma or Degree with 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Good understanding of the higher education/professional development industry in Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, well-developed diplomacy skills with the ability to engage a wide range of customers.
Meticulous, organised, follow through on tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and performance driven
Willing to learn and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
