Job summary
A supply chain management company in Singapore is seeking a professional to lead trade compliance and manage import/export regulatory matters across the SEA region. The role involves analyzing supply chain data for insights, developing management reports, and ensuring compliance with departmental regulations. Ideal candidates should have experience in project leadership, data analysis, and trade compliance processes. This position emphasizes a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in operations.

- Organize and analyze supply chain data for reports.

Tools
- Lead trade compliance (STC), import/export regulatory matters, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) determination across the SEA region.
- Organize, maintain, and analyze supply chain data to deliver timely and meaningful reports and insights that drive improvement actions.
- Support management reporting through clear and effective data visualization dashboards.
- Provide project leadership for the supply chain function at ESP, ensuring a cost-effective, high-quality, and business-compliant operation.
- Ensure all departmental regulations, processes, and workflows are kept up to date, including conducting relevant training and audits
- Ensure full compliance with trade regulations and chemical status requirements to achieve zero compliance incidents.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards using BI tools to enhance supply chain data visibility.
- Identify, propose, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and trend insights.
- Ensure assigned projects are effectively tracked, completed on time, and delivered smoothly.
- Maintain up-to-date SCM regulations, processes, and workflows.
- Establish, implement, and deliver SEC-defined corporate compliance training, and facilitate STC/BCP audit processes in collaboration with regional ESC management to strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
