The Senior Business Development Executive will drive new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and support Germonizer’s growth across key sectors including CBRNE protection, healthcare solutions, forensic sciences, and narcotics management systems.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build networks across Asia.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Asia, focusing on government, healthcare, law enforcement, and public safety sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, solution presentations, proposals, tenders, negotiations, and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful solution-based presentations and proposals.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Effectively leverage and expand Germonizer’s network across Asia.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.
Market Research & Strategic Insights
  • Analyze market trends, procurement pipelines, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for product positioning and market entry.
  • Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and region-specific opportunities.
Project & Tender Management
  • Lead preparation of tender documentation, compliance requirements, costing, and submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and activity reports.
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and internal reporting.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client engagements as required.
