Imam's Vault Pte Ltd., the holding company for illum.e, is looking for conscientious administrative assistants / administrative executives to help in admin work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Student Recruitment and Enrolment: Manage inquiries from prospective students and parents, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  2. Admissions Coordination: Coordinate the admissions process, maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, prerequisites, and any changes in admission policies to provide accurate advice.
  3. Customer Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolment-related inquiries, offering prompt, courteous, and comprehensive support. Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the enrolment process, ensuring a positive experience for students and parents.
  4. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential student records, utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and enrolment status.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to foster a supportive and engaged community. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for students into their academic programs.
Work Requirements
  • Five Day Work Week (1 weekend) if full time. Candidates who are able to work both weekends can expect better renumeration.
  • Evening weekday working hours from 4pm or weekend 9am if Part Time (hourly rate).
  • Work Hours - 8 hours from 10am (Flexi start time)
