Job description

• 5 days work week
• Location: Central / North / West
• $4000 - $6000

Available Roles:

We are looking for specialists to fill two distinct seats:

Role A: QS (M&E Services)

• Focus on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection packages.
• Analyze technical M&E drawings and coordinate with specialist sub-contractors.
• Manage complex equipment procurement and service-related variations.

Role B: QS (Interior Carpentry & Fit-Out)

• Focus on bespoke joinery, high-end carpentry, and architectural finishes.
• Take-off measurements from detailed shop drawings and material specifications.
• Manage craftsmanship-heavy packages and material sourcing (veneers, hardware, etc.).

Core Responsibilities (For Both Roles)

• Tender Management: Prepare BQs, cost estimates, and comprehensive tender submissions.
• Commercial Control: Manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Sourcing: Negotiate with vendors and sub-contractors to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
• Project Liaison: Work closely with the Project Team to ensure site progress matches financial reporting.
