We are seeking meticulous and driven individuals to join our team as an Insurance Executive. In this role, you will focus on managing policy issuances/placements across various insurance partners within our Motor Insurance portfolio, while balancing good client relationships.

• Dickson Group is actively expanding our Insurance division, collaborating with big players in the market to be recognised as an Authorised Reporting Centre and Authorised Workshop
• Dickson Insurance Broker remains the Top Producer with Income Insurance (formerly known as NTUC Income)
• Gain direct exposure to dealing with insurance companies and customer relations (no sales involved)
• Able to learn more than just Motor Insurance, including commercial lines and personal lines and other general insurance products
• Supportive and close-knit team that values teamwork, team members help each other readily when in need

• Manage new business policy issuance and placements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Update transactions into the system promptly, maintaining up-to-date records
• Ensure proper documentation and records of policies in compliance with the company and industry standards
• Maintain high service standards by ensuring accuracy in policy documentation
• Manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders when necessary
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

• Juniors are welcomed (on-the-job training will be provided)
• Similar experience in insurance agencies/brokers will be a bonus
• CGI professional certification will also be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Has a good command of English, with both written and oral communication skills
• Customer‑centric service focus and keen to learn with positive work attitude
• Takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
