Job description

The role supportsthe corporate entityshared services function coveringaccounting, budgetary control, and proper documentation of inter-company transactions and balance sheet schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the financial of 3 inactive entities

Support corporate entity on shared services accounting function

Perform timely month-end close and submission of financial results

Manage and prepare intercompany billings and ensure timely settlement and reconciliation

Maintain and update monthly balance sheet schedules, ensure all balances are supported with proper documentation and reconciliations

Work with tax consultants on income tax filing matters

Perform ad-hoc assignments/ projects assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in accounting/finance, and/or professional certification (e.g. ISCA, ACCA, CPA)

Over 5 years relevant working experience in accounting/financial reporting, and finance shared services centre experiences

Hands‑on experience with SAP S4 HANA is preferred

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement

Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate effectively and stakeholders’ management
