About the Role

Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive / Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. This full‑time role will be based in Jurong West. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical part in supporting our employees and driving our talent acquisition initiatives.

Duties:

  1. Perform end‑to‑end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  3. Draft and post job advertisement in recruitment portals, shortlist potential candidates and coordinate interview schedules with the hiring managers.
  4. Prepare onboarding documents such as work permit application, background screening, job description, and employment letter.
  5. Perform onboarding orientation for new employees.
  6. Check MOM quota to optimize recruitment of foreign manpower.
  7. Assist in HR full‑spectrum operations and activities.
  8. Implement workplace health promotion activities and other welfare activities.
  9. Perform training administration duties, source courses, register approved courses and coordinate with staff on training.
  10. Prepare HR reporting.
  11. Verify invoices from HR vendors.

Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field of study.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar HR generalist or talent acquisition role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
