Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to manage customer accounts and ensure timely collections. Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and at least 3 years of working experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Qualifications
- At least 3 years of prior working experience in accountancy.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Perform accurate account reconciliations and maintain proper records.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt collections.
- Process customer refunds and handle returned or dishonoured cheques efficiently.
- Keep accounts receivable files organised and up to date.
- Track and monitor outstanding balances to support smooth cash flow.
- Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports on account status.
- Provide clear and timely updates on receivables to the finance team.
- Support additional finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
Skills
Education
