Job description

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team, due to business expansion. In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and manage a variety of key finance tasks, focusing on inventory management, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
  • Analyze profitability, manage inventory control, and track stock movements.
  • Handle month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Perform intercompany (IC) reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and manage accounts payable/receivable contra and balance sheet schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Provide support in preparing GST and tax filings and other regulatory reports.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
