A leading distributor of electrical and lighting products in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive. This role coordinates project sales, manages customer relationships, and ensures the smooth execution of orders. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and strong customer service skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with a salary range of $2300-$3500 and various benefits including performance bonuses and medical coverage.
Our client is a Singapore’s leading distributor for electrical, lighting, control and safety products and accessories. Currently, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their family.
Salary range: $2300-$3500 (depends on experience)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)
Benefits: Performance Bonus (Twice a year), quarterly incentive, annual profit sharing

The Customer Service Executive plays a key role in coordinating lighting project sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position supports the project sales team in achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets for the designated industry sub-cluster, in line with the company’s objectives. The incumbent works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and cost control. Additional responsibilities include assisting with accounts receivable follow-up, conducting sourcing activities, and managing delivery arrangements to meet customer requirements.
