The candidate must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering and have at least 8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles in complex construction projects. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience as a RTO.

Responsibilities

  • Perform roles required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
  • Supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control.
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications.
