Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and record updates.
  • Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness to maintain safety and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as delivery orders, goods received notes, and stock reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for timely material supply.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
  • Manage warehouse staff schedules and performance.
  • Implement and monitor safety and security procedures within the warehouse.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for efficient space utilization.
  • Support audits and assist with continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
  • Adhoc duty's assigned by the management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (usually 2–3 years minimum).
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Forklift operation certification (advantageous but not always required).
