Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and record updates.
- Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as delivery orders, goods received notes, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for timely material supply.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
- Manage warehouse staff schedules and performance.
- Implement and monitor safety and security procedures within the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for efficient space utilization.
- Support audits and assist with continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
- Adhoc duty's assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (usually 2–3 years minimum).
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Forklift operation certification (advantageous but not always required).
