A recruitment firm based in Singapore is seeking an Event Assistant/Executive to manage roadshow operations and provide sales support. The ideal candidate should have relevant retail experience and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends. This role offers a salary of up to $3000 monthly, depending on experience.
Position: Event Assistant/Executive. Salary: up to $3000 (depend on exp). Working Day: 5 Days (44 working hours per week). Working Location: Serangoon (office).
Help with the setup, breakdown, and day-to-day operations of the roadshow.
Handle opening and closing operations, cashiering, and POS machine configuration.
Provide clients with expert product advice and sales support.
Keep an eye on and maintain the fixtures, fittings, and inventories in the warehouse.
Give temporary employees supervision, direction, and training.
Assist the Roadshow Manager with both routine and ad hoc tasks.
OK to work flexible hours including weekend depending on event schedules.
Relevant working experience in retail or roadshow.
