Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons in performing surgical techniques.
- Provide competent technical support.
- Guide in the safe and effective use of new technology.
- Ensure necessary instruments and implants are ready before use.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products.
- Maintain understanding of product lines and updates.
- Adhere to compliance policy and guidelines.
Education
- Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques.
- Providing competent technical
- Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new technology.
- Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
- Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads
- Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.
- Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times
