The role involves assessing patients' social history and delivering tailored counselling for effective management of diabetes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and valid SNB and BCLS certifications. The clinic operates during office hours from Monday to Friday, with half days on Saturdays, offering a salary of up to $4,500 per month.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in diabetes settings.
- Strong understanding of insulin injection techniques and glucose monitoring.

- Collaborate with the Endocrinologist for personalized care plans.
- Conduct patient education on glucose monitoring and insulin techniques.
- Support quality improvement initiatives for better outcomes.

Job Description:
- Assess patients' social history, lifestyle, and dietary habits to provide tailored counselling and help patients better understand and manage their diabetes.
- Collaborate closely with the Endocrinologist to develop personalized care plans for effective diabetes management.
- Conduct comprehensive patient education on insulin injection techniques, glucose monitoring (via glucometer or continuous glucose monitoring), review of glucose profiles, and other diabetes-related counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Support the clinic's quality improvement initiatives to achieve better clinical and process outcomes.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
- Min valid SNB & BCLS with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in diabetes settings
