A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a Defect Management Process Engineer to enhance wafer yield through effective defect reduction strategies. This role involves monitoring daily defect abnormalities, supporting production ramp-ups, and implementing productivity projects. Ideal candidates possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and critical thinking skills, along with good communication and time management abilities. Previous leadership experience and 2 years of related work experience are advantageous.

UMC is looking for a Defect Management (DM) Process Engineer to drive for Process Stability in defect reduction activities. You can pursue your passion in semiconductors engineering by utilizing cutting-edge and intelligent operating systems to assist with data analytics and inspection sampling strategy while staying under cycle time constraints. You will work closely with product and process owners to create and manage projects that address wafer and line yield issues.
