Job Description

As a Process Engineer at ASMPT Singapore, you will play a critical role in optimizing and characterizing semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance, drive automation improvements, and develop next-generation manufacturing solutions.

What you will do:
  • Define process flow, requirements and specifications and verify through Design of Experiment (DoE) to optimize current machinery performance
  • Discuss with customers about the conceptual process design of new product and also with feasibility verification
  • New concept proposal and with data analysis skill for enhancement of existing products performance
  • Trouble shooting with data analysis skill for improve the product performance
  • Debug the machinery functions to ensure meeting customer requirements and conduct process analysis to study the parameter test results from DoE for process optimization
  • Support internal machinery optimization before buy-off and with customer samples evaluation
  • Support on-site process optimization and evaluation for meet customer requirements
What we need from you:
  • Degree or higher in Applied Physics / Applied Mathematics / Mechanical Engineering / Materials science / Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Good understanding of DoE, FMECA, statistics and instrumentation
  • Strong in analytical methods; MATLAB/JMP/Python for data analysis
  • Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding analysis
  • Working experience in micro-electronics is a plus
  • Occasional business trip is required
