Job summary

A leading research institution located in Singapore is seeking a process engineer with extensive experience in dry plasma etch processes. The role involves developing processes from concept to final development while collaborating with senior staff and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as Materials Science, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additional experience with DOE is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years' experience in relevant engineering fields.
• Prior experience in dry etch/Wet etch processes preferred.
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing experiments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain Dry plasma etch processes.
• Compile and evaluate test data for process specifications.
• Lead small projects and act as a subject matter expert.
