Job summary

A leading research entity in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and sustain Dry etch processes for R&D and small volume manufacturing. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science or similar fields, along with hands-on experience in dry etch or wet etch processes. Candidates will lead and execute engineering experiments, compiling data for process specifications and improvements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in dry etch/Wet etch processes is preferred.
• Hands-on in designing and executing experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of plasma fundamentals is an advantage.
