Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to lead implant process development for advanced technology nodes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor process development, particularly in Ion Implant, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, conducting data analysis, and developing process control strategies for high-volume manufacturing. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process development with strong expertise in Ion Implant.
  • Solid understanding of device physics and implant-related defect mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with implant equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead implant process development for advanced technology nodes, including recipe optimization, equipment capability enhancement, and defect reduction

  • Collaborate with integration, device, and module teams to meet electrical performance, reliability, and yield targets

  • Perform DOE planning, execution, and data analysis to identify key process parameters and improve process windows

  • Drive tool matching, chamber characterization, and hardware evaluation for new equipment and technology transfers

  • Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure manufacturability and scalability

  • Support technology roadmap definition and qualification and ramp-up for high-volume manufacturing

  • Work closely with equipment vendors to evaluate new hardware and software solutions for implant processes

  • Document and present findings to cross-functional teams and management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or any related field

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process development, with strong expertise in Ion Implant

  • Solid understanding of device physics, dopant profiles, and implant-related defect mechanisms

  • Hands-on experience with implant equipment and process characterization tools

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
