We’re partnering with a leading global logistics and supply chain provider, part of a well-established European group with a strong international footprint. They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across value-added logistics, warehousing, and retail distribution services.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on integrated logistics and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Marketing, Logistics Engineering, Solution Design) to create competitive, client-focused proposals.
Develop and execute targeted marketing and client acquisition plans.
Support the RFQ/RFI process and work closely with project teams through to successful implementation.
Maintain and report on a robust sales pipeline, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional BD teams to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
5–10 years of experience in solution selling and new business development in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse design, and commercial considerations.
Proven success in selling to Hi-Tech, Med-Tech, Consumer Electronics, or Industrial Electronics industries.
Active network of industry decision-makers.
Experience working in multicultural environments; eager to continuously learn and grow.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
