An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant for a 6-month contract. This role involves maintaining Salesforce data, monitoring customer service mailboxes, and assisting with logistics for client meetings. You will also manage corporate gifts and support event management while ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic work environment. Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm), Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salesforce data entry (CRM maintenance)
CS mailbox monitoring
Managing corporate gifts
Printing & binding of marketing materials
Basic meeting scheduling & room bookings
Assist with logistics/bookings for client meetings/visits
Assist with event management
Ad hoc filing & document processing
Maintaining corporate marketing materials
IOS (Cap raising tracking) data maintenance
Collate internal reporting data (i.e. meetings, capital raising calls etc)
Scheduling investor meetings/calls (AC meetings/quarterly update calls)
Mass mailouts (from announcements to reporting)
VDR maintenance and reporting
