We are seeking a passionate and experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Web3 Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our innovative Web3 products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Product Vision and Strategy:
1. Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Web3 space.
3. Define product requirements and prioritize features based on user needs and business value.

1. Product Development and Management:
1. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure efficient product development and delivery.
2. Manage the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
3. Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

1. Customer Engagement and Feedback:
1. Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with our user community.
3. Advocate for the customer's perspective within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Web3 or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (DApps), and Web3 concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for innovation and a drive to create groundbreaking Web3 products.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with specific Web3 technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• A strong understanding of tokenomics.
• Experience with product marketing and growth strategies.

This position will be based in Singapore and is hired under Suntory Business Expert APAC.
