Department Overview:
Equipment Operations Team focus on supporting the operations of the Akribis Equipment BU on creating customised state-of-the-art automation solutions for all possible industries, by utilising Akribis Systems' direct drive linear and rotary system, in order to achieve high speed and high precision assembly, inspection or testing solution for our customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· To create and manage all the BU's Projects and Spares Bill Of Materials (BOM), and doing all Manufacturing Orders (MO), Transfer Orders (TO) and other documentations as required
· Be part of the Operations Team in developing, planning, and coordinating all Operational activities at the Equipment Assembly area
· Oversee all Equipment inventory management practices and improve them as and when required
· Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with Supply Chain (sourcing, purchasing and logistics) as required
· Coordinate all packing and shipment arrangements, internally and externally as and when required
· Able to maintain accurate records, facilitate smooth workflows, and support the Operations Team on all necessary administrative tasks as required
· Any task as assigned by the superior
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent
Requirement:
· At least 1 year of working experience (Operational or similar role in a Manufacturing Environment) in the related fields for candidates with Certificate; or Fresh Graduate with a Diploma will be considered
