Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an IT Software Project Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT. The role involves coordinating software development activities, managing timelines, and communicating project status among stakeholders. Candidates should have a diploma in Business or Marketing and be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. This position offers a competitive basic salary of up to S$3,000 plus bonuses.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT.
- Knowledge of software development processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from project meetings.
- Assign tasks to internal development teams and track progress.
- Address issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact, communicating project status and updates.

- Assign tasks to internal development teams and track progress
- Address issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project execution
- Serve as the main point of contact, communicating project status and updates to all stakeholders
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT and software management.
- Knowledge of software development processes is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
