Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support, including filing, document management, and general office duties.
  • Assisting with the coordination of operational activities, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and task completion.
  • Providing support for Project Management, including data entry, reporting and record-keeping.
  • Performing various other tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business.
  • Track and control expenses related to fuel, repairs, maintenance, tolls, and insurance.
  • Liaise with workshops/service providers for timely repairs and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, licensing, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, road tax, insurance, and inspection schedules.
