Job summary
A leading construction consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contracts Leader to oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of projects. You will lead a team in managing risks, driving the tender process, and ensuring financial integrity. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field, at least 10 years of experience, and a strong grasp of construction law. This role is crucial for the company's growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive contract management experience in construction.
- Proven track record on large-scale projects.
- Experience in leading and developing a contracts or commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contracts team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Direct the end-to-end tender process for new projects.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
