• Support site coordination for Architectural trades, collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architectural or related discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years’ of relevant experience.
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
