Sales Coordinator
Job summary
A leading events and HR company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and manage logistics. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring timely shipments. The ideal candidate has a Diploma, administrative experience, and strong multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software, such as SAP, is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Diploma and 1 year experience as a sales coordinator.
- Good level of administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Respond to online or telephone inquiries professionally.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and ensure shipment goals are met.
- Support the field sales team regarding logistics.
- Track sales orders for timely shipments.

- Respond to any online or telephone inquiries in a professional way and work closely with the Sales team to develop Sales strategy accordingly
- Prepare the monthly sales forecast and make sure that shipments meet the monthly and quarterly goals.
- Support the field sales team by being point of contact to the client regarding logistics aspect
- Track sales orders to make sure products are shipped out in a timely manner.
- Minimum a Diploma and 1 years experience working as a sales coordinator.
- A good level of administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and capacity to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other sales-related software proficiency (Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous).
