Overview

The Senior/ Crewing Coordinator is responsible for crew mobilisation, coordinating with crew and vessel agents, arranging crew certification (courses, medicals/vaccinations, etc.), organising crew air and land transport, accommodation, and the preparation of service agreements.

Recruitment

The Senior/ Crewing Coordinator will work as part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment Team to provide recruitment solutions on a local and regional basis on behalf of Connect Energy Services.

  • Work with the Team Manager to build an effective go-to-market plan.
  • Develop sector/specialism and contact network; develop sales leads and strengthen client relationships.
  • Provide expert end-to-end recruitment solutions to meet divisional sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Proactively research markets, enhance knowledge of discipline, talent pools, and hiring nuances to become a Subject Matter Expert and recruitment adviser.
  • Manage the full 360-recruitment process: development of the sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting, business development, candidate sourcing/placement, and client relationship management.

The Senior/ Crewing Coordinator is fully accountable for the 360-recruitment process, including pipeline development, forecasting and reports, business development, candidate sourcing/placement, and client relationship management.

Requirements

The Senior/ Operations Consultant is expected to show a higher level of competence in billing and business development. Roles include proactively researching and analysing market changes and developments within sectors, identifying new emerging specialisms and business opportunities, taking on pet projects as assigned to build further capabilities and delivery potential (e.g., new market development, account management, or mentoring junior consultants).
