We are seeking a highly reliable, discreet, and organized Personal Driver to provide professional driving and personal support services to the CEO and their family. This role combines safe, timely transportation with a range of personal and administrative assistance duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the household and business commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Vehicle Management

• Safely and punctually transport the CEO and family members and guests to various destinations, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and prompt repairs.
• Monitor and document vehicle-related records including mileage, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
• Plan and adjust routes to ensure efficiency, taking traffic conditions into account.

Personal Assistance

• Run errands such as grocery shopping and handling other personal requests.
• Provide general support as needed to the CEO and family in both personal and household matters.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding all personal, family, and business affairs.
• Act with utmost discretion, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.

Flexibility & Availability

• Work a 6-day week, with flexibility to accommodate evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Be available outside standard hours as needed, including public holidays.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a personal driver.
• Possess a valid Singapore driving license for at least 2 years with a clean driving record.
• Experience with driving luxury car.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws, road systems, and proficient in GPS/navigation tools.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with confident verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
