We're Hiring: Procurement Manager
Location: Bukit Merah
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (on-site)
To support our regional expansion, a well-established F&B Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation
- Source and negotiate favorable terms for a wide range of materials, supplies, and services from both local and overseas vendors.
Supplier Relations & Evaluation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high service levels.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, pricing, performance history, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
Inventory Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are planned and maintained to support operations.
Retail Product Development & Sales
- Drive retail product development initiatives and manage related sales strategies across B2B and B2B2C channels.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to meet business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues and enhance processes related to purchasing, inventory, product development, and shipping.
- Assist in special projects, reporting, and supporting new business initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, or vendor management is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
