Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Related field qualification in Logistics/Cargo Airfreight preferred.
• Experience in international movements of cargo/logistics an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent pre- and post-customer service
• Display high level of professionalism and work ethics
• Liaise with Operations Team to fulfil customers’ requests
• Execute full operations including AWB preparation, cargo space booking, permits declarations, etc.
• Plan, manage and co-ordinate local and overseas exhibitions/ events
• Training will be provided if no prior experience
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge in CCN will be added advantage
• Knowledge in DG & VAL Cargo will be added advantage
• Experience in international movements of cargo, freight forwarding or logistics industry will be added advantage
• Related field of qualification on Logistics / Cargo Airfreight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player
