Job summary
A leading technology services firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence, particularly within the BFSI sector. The successful candidate will lead sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and manage client relationships. A strong background in sales within the service industry, particularly with BFSI clients, is essential. This role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with strategic thinking capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the service industry.
- Mandatory experience working with BFSI clients or within BFSI-focused organizations.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value service-based deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales activities.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Identify new service offerings and market segments.
