Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in Agricultural input and Life science business.
• Experience across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
• High proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
• Strong financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence activities across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Perform in-depth market analysis and engage in negotiations.
• Prepare presentation materials in Japanese for Japan headquarters.
• Act as a liaison between Tokyo head office and regional organizations.
• Create innovative solutions leveraging agricultural technologies.
• Arrange meetings and make reports for business updates.
• Achieve annual budget targets and formulate strategic plans.
