Job summary
A leading seafood processing company in Singapore is looking for an E-commerce Executive. In this role, you will manage the company's brand across various platforms and lead departments to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and market development. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $3,900 plus bonuses, with a hybrid working model.

- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Excel Pivot Table.

- Conduct Market and Consumer research.
- Customize content and products for local consumers.
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media.
- Control inventory.

- 5.5 Days Work Week with Saturday (WFH on Saturday)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:45pm); Saturday (WFH 8am – 12pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,900 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
- Working Location: Jurong Port
- Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Food Processing Manufacturing
- Full spectrum In charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Lead and utilise various departments like customer service, operation, production and design team to achieve sales, smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumer demands.
- Customising content and products to better meet the demands of local consumers based on market research ( Ads, promotions, new products, etc).
- Maintaining and updating the company’s website, social media and content marketing.
- Inventory control.
- Data analysis (Sales Performance, Costing, ROI, etc.).
- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Analytics / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Food Industry Market Development or Ecommerce.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Excel Pivot table.
