A leading insurance company in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Corporate Finance to lead the development of robust business cases for strategic initiatives. The role requires at least 12 years of working experience, with strong expertise in financial modeling and stakeholder management. The Corporate Finance team plays a pivotal role in enhancing Income’s capital structure, funding strategy, and shareholder value. Our work spans capital markets, M&A, strategic investments, and corporate development, with a strong focus on balancing risk and profitability.
