Candidate Profile

A matured Aaccountant /Assistant Finance Manager with proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Possess good communication skills, attention to details along with a comprehensive understanding of operations finance procedures. Having a proven ability to ensure that day to day work is carried out in line the agreed policies and procedures and quality standards.

Job Purpose

The Accountant/ Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial functions for the company and ensure the timely completion of month-end and year-end financial activities. The Assistant Finance Manager will support Finance Manager with various finance function such as management reporting, budget preparation, manage the end‑to‑end finance operation processes and uphold good corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accounting functions for companies in Singapore which, includes data entry, issuing the tax invoice, prepare payment and management report preparation.
  • Prepare financial reports and supervise month‑end closing processes.
  • Prepare audit schedules and coordinate the overall audit process.
  • Support FM in annual operating planning, and monthly forecasting activities.
  • Manage and monitor the project cost, CVR and margin.
  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reporting for the finance department.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and local tax and government authorities as required.
  • Ensure the timely submission of all ACRA filings and tax obligations.
  • Liaise with the Company Secretary on corporate secretarial matters.
  • Spear drive process automation and strengthen financial policy documentation.
