As part of its ongoing growth and transformation, it is now seeking a Head, Financial Reporting & Consolidation to join its Finance organisation.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/SFRS, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.

Group Consolidation & Analysis

Manage group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting processes, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Internal Controls & Governance

Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, governance frameworks, and statutory requirements.

Process Improvement & Systems Optimisation

Drive continuous enhancement of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business‑related disciplines, preferably with professional qualification i.e. CPA/ACCA.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Strong understanding and kept abreast of financial and accounting reporting standards, as well as regulatory changes.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with a detail‑oriented and adaptable approach in a dynamic business environment.
