Job summary
A leading insurance firm based in Singapore is looking for a Client Advisor to assist walk-in customers and provide tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree and a passion for sales, with no prior experience necessary as training will be provided. This position offers an environment to build relationships with customers and contribute to a team-focused sales effort. Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide financial advice tailored to customers' requirements.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Contribute to team sales targets.
- Attend events and roadshows for sales opportunities.
- Cold call and set appointments with potential customers.
Skills
Education
Our client is one of the largest and most established insurance companies offering Life and General Insurance in Singapore. They have a few openings for the Client Advisor position.
You will be based in one of the outlets island-wide in Singapore !
- Attend to walk-in customers and recommend the most appropriate products to the customers
- Speak to the customers, provide good financial advice and tailored financial solutions based on customers' requirements
- Build good relationships with new and existing customers
- Contribute to the sales team, helping your teammates to succeed and achieve their sales targets
- Attend events, roadshows to get more sales opportunities
- Cold call, set appointments and meet more customers
- Diploma or Degree in related discipline
- No experience is required, training will be provided
- A passion for sales, love interacting with customers
- Able to work as a team, helping each other to succeed
