Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and results-drivenQuantity Surveyorto manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our smart home projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for landed residential construction and renovation works.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for construction and renovation.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations to track work progress and verify claims.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Assist in contract administration, including tender documentation and post-contract management.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cost-effective design and execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, progress, and compliance with specifications.
• Provide cost advice and value engineering input during design and construction phases.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or landed residential projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
