Qualifications

Responsabilités
- Supervise a team of cleaners and conduct regular inspections.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage the workforce effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to new cleaning staff.

- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices.
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction.
- Periodic cleaning experience.
