A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to perform admission procedures and provide frontline customer service. Responsibilities include attending to patients' queries, scheduling appointments, and managing payments. The ideal candidate should possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' levels and be bilingual to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, is essential.

In September 2020, WH introduced the GPFirst Programme in the North and opened the first community‑based Urgent Care Centre at Kampung Admiralty, making urgent care more accessible to local residents.
