Job summary

A well-known educational institution is looking for a Manager, IOC—Centre (Operations) Commander based at the Kent Ridge Campus. The successful candidate will ensure the operational efficiency of the Integrated Operations Centre, oversee a team, and manage various tech systems related to safety and security, facilities management, and emergency preparedness. Candidates must hold a Basic Degree and have over 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with knowledge of MS 365 tools. The ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of working experience in leading and managing teams.
• Experience in facilities management operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a Day/Night/Off/Off cycle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of the IOC and your duty team during shifts.
• Monitor operations using various IOC tech systems.
• Provide guidance to IOC Specialists to manage and resolve issues.
