As the Preventive Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising preventive maintenance programs across all F&B outlets. Your goal is to minimize downtime, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain high standards of safety and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all restaurant equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen appliances.
Coordinate with outlet managers to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities.
Supervise in-house technicians and external contractors to ensure timely and quality service
Assign daily job tasks to maintenance technicians to follow.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements or equipment upgrades.
Support opening of new outlets by setting up maintenance plans and conducting pre-opening inspections.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and building systems.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
